Where: At 3:e Våningen, Sockerbrucket 9, Gothenburg, Sweden
Played in: English
Age limit: You have to be 18 years old to participate
Number of players: 50 or 90 (50 for the initial larps, 90 for the final 2-day)
Cost: Standard price is 255€ for Where Androids Die alone, 510€ for the full trilogy. There will be significantly reduced fees available (102€ and 204€), where half of them are tied to the number of sponsors and half are paid by the larp.
If we manage to fill three runs, there will also be a few community spots available for a total of 50€ for either variant of the larp.
Payment structure: After acceptance, you will have to pay a deposit to secure your spot at the larp of 50€. You have two weeks to pay the deposit and it is not refundable.
The full payment for the initial round of sign-ups has to be paid before January 31st, 2027. Everything except the deposit and any sponsor amount is refundable up until 3 months before the first run. Between 3 and 2 months before the first run, up to 100€ is refundable (With the same exceptions) and once there’s two months before the first larp, no fees are refundable.
Venue: 3:e Våningen, a series of old industrial halls that have been rebuilt for theatre, dance and art installations. The main play area will be in a large art installation space. Here is the link to the venue’s own page. The address is:

Sockerbruket 9
Gothenburg

Physical accessibility: The larp is played in scenography built from a skeleton of scaffolding. It is not possible to access large parts of the set in a wheelchair or if you have troubles climbing stairs or similar. It is crammed and inaccessible in general. It will most likely be warm and narrow.
Sleeping:  Is not included in any of the larps and will have to be booked by participants independently. We recommend booking hostels very early due to the heavy load during Swedish summers. We suggest using the Discord channels for travel and accomodation coordination for this.
Food: We will offer wheat and rice noodles, cheap coffee and some in-game condiment foods as part of the scenography. However, we do NOT guarantee that everyone can eat everything they need from our in-game alternatives. There will be a long break where players can arrange their own food alternatives during all main larp days. As for evening meal, we recommend either bringing food that can be eaten in-game or surviving on in-game snacks.
Schedule: Workshops will start at 10:00 on the first days of any of the runs. The larp generally finish between 00:00 and 01:00 during the last nights, with the day 1 of Where Androids Die finishing somewhat earlier. Debrief and afterparty will be on site, right after game end.
